• What is the dress code?

  • Casual The only rule is there are no ties!!

• Are meals provided?

  • Monday night dinner

  • Snacks

  • Tuesday and Wednesday lunch

• Can I make a special diet request?

  • No to keep our costs low and to make it as simple as possible for our partners who so graciously work with us we can't make special diet provisions. We request that if you have diet restrictions that you bring your own food that you are familiar with. There will be fruit and usually vegetables available to eat as snacks and during the lunches and at the Monday night dinner.​ If you absolutely cannot get your own food if you have an allergy restriction reach out to mountainwestvoad@gmail.com

• Are partial‑day registrations allowed?

  • No

• When is the best time to register?

  • The best time is to register for the $75 + the Eventbrite fee $6.88 price is before March 30. Prices go up to $100 + the Eventbrite fee $8.55 after that for regular registration till April 7th, but you still can register to be online right up April 10th for $25 + the Eventbrite fee 3.52. There will be Eventbrite fees attached that are added to all registrations.​

• Will there be water available?

  • Yes there will be a way to fill up your own water bottles. To try to keep down costs we will have only a limited supply of small water bottles so we would love you to bring your own to fill. ​

• Are Professional Development Hours (PDHs) offered?

  • No

• Is there transportation from the airport to the conference?

  • First, we suggest you contact with the place that you are staying to see if they have capabilities for that. If there is a need contact Mountain West VOAD by emailing mountainwestvoad@gmail.com and we will see what we can do if it is not too far from the conference area.​

• Is parking available at the venue?

  • Yes and across the street from the venue

• Is there an online option?

  • Yes, but being in person is the best way to make collaboration connections and get to know some great people! See the Eventbrite registration site​

• What is the cancellation/refund policy?

  • Registration refunds are subject to the approval of the MWVOAD Executive Committee please email mountainwestvoad@gmail.com Because we cannot refund the fees you will not be able to get back the Eventbrite fees paid.
